ACEAM, a member of the Altarea Cogedim group, is responsible for marketing the office space of the Landscape property development program being carried out by Pascal Propco. As part of this program, ACEAM collects contact information from forms on this site and, in its capacity as Data Controller, processes your personal data.

When you use our website, we collect and process your personal data digitally or otherwise with your consent for specific, clearly expressed purposes, i.e.:
- To identify you when you fill out a form on our website requesting that we:

- Make an appointment.
In both cases, we process your personal data in order to respond to your request.

Depending on the purpose, the data processed by ACEAM is addressed to its internal departments and service providers and/or technical contractors.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in paragraph 2, extended, if applicable, by any statute of limitation periods, as follows:
- Concerning information collected to respond to one of your requests, personal data will be retained for the administrative time necessary to process your request.
- Concerning information collected to inform you of our marketing offers or events, personal data will be retained for a period of three years following our last contact with you.
5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, you can exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as your right to data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
In addition, you have the right to issue directives concerning how your personal data will be conserved, erased or disclosed after your death.
